You can exercise your data rights through this form. Under KVKK Art. 13, you will receive a response within 30 days at the latest.

Your Rights

Access: Learn whether your data is processed, for what purposes, and with whom it is shared
Rectification: Request correction of incomplete or incorrect data
Erasure (right to be forgotten): Request destruction of your data (KVKK Art. 7, GDPR Art. 17)
Portability: Request your data in machine-readable format (GDPR Art. 20)
Object to automated decision-making: Object to the Drop selection algorithm (GDPR Art. 22)
Transfer information: Learn to which parties your data has been transferred domestically or internationally

This form is valid for all rights under Turkey KVKK and EU GDPR. If you have not yet installed the app, you can delete your web waitlist application via this form too.

Description / details * Identity verification

Under KVKK Art. 13, identity verification of the requester is required. This must match the name provided at application.

When you submit the form, your default email client will open with the request pre-filled to kvkk@souprivate.com. When you send the email, the request is complete. Automatic submission requires an email client; otherwise, please email us directly.

Mobile app: Settings → Privacy Request (when the app is live)

Response Time and Process

Your request is logged in our system upon receipt
Initial acknowledgement is sent within 3 business days
Final response is provided within 30 calendar days (KVKK Art. 13)
If your request is denied, the reason is provided in writing
You may appeal to the relevant authority (kvkk.gov.tr in Turkey; your national DPA in the EU)
