House Code

SOU · Community Guidelines · v1.0 · Effective: 14 May 2026

House Code defines the obligations SOU members have to one another. Rules are shown automatically inside the app; they are also published here as a permanent reference. Membership acceptance constitutes acknowledgement of these rules.

1. Standards of Conduct

SOU members approach one another with respect, honesty, and a curated context. The community is limited in size; every member carries the value of the whole.

2. Identity Fraud and Fake Profiles

SOU uses three layers of verification: NFC ID (Persona), live selfie matching, and E-Devlet QR criminal record. Despite this, the following behaviour results in permanent ban when detected:

Users suspected of operating fake profiles can be reported to appeal@souprivate.com with screenshots and the reference code. Review within 24 hours.

3. Harassment, Threats, and Hate Speech

The following behaviours result in immediate content removal and ban:

4. Privacy and Doxxing

Sharing another member's personal information (phone, address, email, workplace, social media accounts, family details) that they did not explicitly share publicly or with third parties is prohibited. This includes publishing screenshots of conversations on other platforms.

Sharing previous conversations with third parties after the channel has been closed is also a violation.

5. Fraud and Romance Scams

The following behaviours on SOU are always considered fraud and result in immediate permanent ban:

Important: Any message on SOU requesting money is fraud. SOU never requests payments from its members; all payments are made through the Apple App Store.

6. Child Safety

SOU is open only to users aged 21 and over. Any content under-21 or involving an under-21 person is subject to zero tolerance:

7. Sexual Content (NSFW)

SOU is not a dating app, but a curated introduction platform. Therefore:

10. Right of Appeal

A banned or suspended member may appeal within 14 days of the decision at appeal@souprivate.com. Include:

The appeal is resolved within 14 business days by the House Council Appeals Committee. The decision is final, but your right to seek legal recourse is preserved.

11. Government Data Requests

Data requests from judicial authorities (court orders, prosecutor instructions, GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)) are subject to legal review. SOU shares data only when legally required and limited to the scope of the request. In emergencies (imminent danger to life), action may be taken without prior notice.

12. Crisis Support Resources

If a member or you are experiencing a mental-health crisis:

13. Transparency

SOU will publish an annual community transparency report: violation types, ban counts, appeal outcomes, government requests. First report: January 2027.
